Founded by Britt Angus and Nicolas Black Elk, Chaos Emblematic is an art collective producing events, performance, film, imagery, music, dance, interdisciplinary jams and metaphysical happenings in Berlin, Germany. Our artists come together from around the globe to cultivate chaotic creative endeavours and vibrant immersive experiences.

Chaos Emblematic is interested in how visuality, sound, movement and culture overlaps to create new and unified forms of expression. Our work explores transformation, transmutation and embraces counter-culture as a means to liberating the individual. Chaos Emblematic deeply values each individual artist’s vision and contribution. Since its inception in 2020, Chaos has been collaborating with artists from Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Japan, Perú, The Philippines, Spain, Sweden, Syria, Ukraine, United Kingdom & the United States.

Our collective's mandate is to create inclusive performances which connect and engage the communities of Berlin & Vancouver to experience multidisciplinary art. We welcome all ages, backgrounds, religion, physical and cognitive abilities and members of the LGBTQ+ & FLINTA communities and refugees to our events. Chaos Emblematic has a mission of fostering community bonds through presenting innovative contemporary art and granting performance opportunities to other artists. We aim to create art which reflects and illustrates elements of the human experience from our unique yet collective perspective.
